Cultivating Healthy, Positive Relationships
Building strong and positive relationships plays a crucial role in fostering social and emotional development. Our support strategies encompass providing guidance and assistance to young individuals in establishing and cultivating healthy bonds with their peers, mentors, and members of the wider community.
Our robust workforce guarantees consistent and uninterrupted support within our homes, ensuring stability and the highest quality of care. We offer 24-hour assistance through various staffing options, including sleep-in, wake-night, and floating support staffing, all tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Every resident is assigned a dedicated and experienced keyworker, acting as a communication bridge between them and their professional network. This personalised approach ensures that each young person receives individualised attention and guidance throughout their journey with Skyward Care. In times of crisis or emergency, residents can contact the Service Manager or on-call team, providing 24-hour support, even without on-site staff.
While maintaining a dedicated permanent staff base, Skyward Care has partnered with Essential Care to manage our staff bank. This collaboration guarantees access to skilled support workers familiar with our service users, effectively catering to the unique needs of the young people under our care. Furthermore, this partnership grants our service users access to subsidised enrichment and cultural projects and experiences, enhancing their overall well-being.
